Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garlic Glaze
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and gives the salmon a beautiful grilled surface.
Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil on all sides. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley until fully combined.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F. Clean and lightly oil the grill grates to help prevent sticking.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes without moving them. This allows the salmon to develop grill marks and prevents tearing.
Brush the salmon generously with the garlic glaze while it cooks. The glaze creates a rich caramelized coating packed with sweet and savory flavor.
