Ingredients
For the Base
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade)
For the Cream Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 3–4 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
Optional Glaze
- ¼ cup apricot jam or honey
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press sugar cookie dough evenly into a round pizza pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.
Place sliced strawberries and kiwi on top in a decorative pattern.
Warm the jam or honey with water and lightly brush over the fruit for a glossy finish.
Cut into slices and serve chilled for best flavor.
