- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (for dressing)
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes and let cool.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning until smooth.
In a large glass bowl, layer ingredients in this order:
Beef → lettuce → tomatoes → cheese → green onions → olives.
Spread the dressing evenly on top as the final layer.
Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving. Chill if desired.
