Instructions

  • Toast the Pistachios (Optional for Extra Flavor):

    • Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
    • Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and toast for 7-10 minutes.
    • Let cool slightly before blending.
  • Blend the Pistachios:

    • Place pistachios in a food processor or high-speed blender.
    • Blend on high speed, pausing to scrape down the sides.
  • Adjust Texture & Flavor:

    • Blend for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
