Instructions

- Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and toast for 7-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before blending.

- Place pistachios in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed, pausing to scrape down the sides.

- After 2-3 minutes, add oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
- Blend for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup and salt, blending briefly to mix.
