For the Lasagna Layers:
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Cheese Layer:
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
For Garnish (Optional):
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Red pepper flakes

Preheat & Prepare Baking Dish:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Mushrooms:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add heavy cream and milk, whisking until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; remove from heat.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese until combined.

Assemble the Lasagna:
- Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta mixture, chicken, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.

- For extra flavor, use grilled or rotisserie chicken.
- To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free lasagna noodles and flour.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
