- 6 large croissants, torn into chunks
- 1 ½ cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Swiss or Gruyère cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For Garnish (Optional):
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Extra shredded cheese

Preheat & Prepare the Baking Dish:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Layer croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle ham, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese over the croissants.

Make the Egg Custard:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- Pour the custard evenly over the croissants.
- Press down gently to soak the croissants.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and set.
