- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

- ½ tsp paprika
For the Potatoes:
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
For Garnish (Optional):
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges
- Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Preheat Oven & Marinate the Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes:
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

Assemble & Bake:
- Arrange the potatoes in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place the marinated chicken on top.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through.
- For crispy skin, broil for the last 3-5 minutes.
