This Frozen Yogurt Berry Snack is a creamy, refreshing bite-sized treat made with juicy berries and smooth yogurt. It’s perfect for hot days, healthy snacking, or even a light dessert. Simple to make and naturally sweet, this recipe is great for meal prep and easy grab-and-go snacks.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons granola or crushed nuts

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt

In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 2: Add Berries

Gently fold in the berries, keeping some whole for texture and bursts of flavor.

Step 3: Fill Molds

Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.

Step 4: Freeze

Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours or until fully solid.

Step 5: Remove and Serve

Pop the frozen bites out of the molds and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for best creamy texture
  • Do not overmix berries to avoid too much juice
  • Silicone molds make removal easier
  • Freeze completely before removing
  • Store frozen to keep shape and texture
