- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons granola or crushed nuts
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the berries, keeping some whole for texture and bursts of flavor.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours or until fully solid.
Pop the frozen bites out of the molds and serve immediately.
