Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh or dried fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 2 tablespoons granola (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a thin layer (about ¼ inch thick).
Sprinkle fruit, nuts, granola, and coconut evenly over the yogurt. Gently press toppings into the surface so they stick.
Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
Remove from freezer and break into irregular bark pieces.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- Use thick yogurt to avoid icy texture
- Spread evenly for consistent freezing
- Do not overload toppings to prevent breaking issues
- Freeze fully before breaking into pieces
