Description

Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, healthy, and super easy treat that’s perfect for warm days or quick snacks. Made with creamy yogurt and topped with fruits, nuts, and crunchy add-ins, this no-bake recipe is light, customizable, and naturally sweet. It’s the kind of snack you can feel good about while still enjoying something delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh or dried fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Spread the Yogurt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a thin layer (about ¼ inch thick).

Step 3: Add Toppings

Sprinkle fruit, nuts, granola, and coconut evenly over the yogurt. Gently press toppings into the surface so they stick.

Step 4: Freeze

Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

Step 5: Break into Pieces

Remove from freezer and break into irregular bark pieces.

Step 6: Serve

Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use thick yogurt to avoid icy texture
  • Spread evenly for consistent freezing
  • Do not overload toppings to prevent breaking issues
  • Freeze fully before breaking into pieces
  • Store in freezer to maintain texture
