Description

These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the perfect quick treat—creamy, fruity, and coated in rich chocolate. They’re made with simple ingredients and require no baking, making them ideal for a healthy snack or easy dessert. Each bite gives you a refreshing mix of sweet strawberries, tangy yogurt, and a crisp chocolate shell.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries

Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.

Step 2: Mix the Yogurt Base

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Add Strawberries

Fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.

Step 4: Form Clusters

Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.

Step 5: Freeze

Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.

Step 6: Melt Chocolate

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Step 7: Coat the Clusters

Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon chocolate over them to coat.

Step 8: Set

Place back on parchment paper and freeze for another 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • Freeze clusters fully before dipping to prevent melting
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for better texture
  • Work quickly when coating with chocolate
  • Keep clusters small for easier handling
  • Store in freezer to maintain shape
