They’re made with simple ingredients and require no baking, making them ideal for a healthy snack or easy dessert. Each bite gives you a refreshing mix of sweet strawberries, tangy yogurt, and a crisp chocolate shell.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.
Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon chocolate over them to coat.
Place back on parchment paper and freeze for another 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Freeze clusters fully before dipping to prevent melting
- Use thick Greek yogurt for better texture
- Work quickly when coating with chocolate
- Keep clusters small for easier handling
- Store in freezer to maintain shape
