  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Chicken

Cook and shred or chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Chop Vegetables

Slice cucumber, bell pepper, and shred cabbage and carrots.

Step 3: Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Step 4: Assemble Salad

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, vegetables, and herbs.

Step 5: Add Cashews
