- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for extra crispiness)

Preheat & Prepare Baking Sheet:
